Trait Categories
Horns
Horns can be mixed and matched, but only two types can be mixed (for example uni + rhino, or tri + slick)
Ears
Ears are an optional trait!
Eyes
Eyes can be anywhere on the body, not just on the face!
Leeches can only have up to 5 eyes total (above is myth)
Eyes can be any size, but they're usually on the smaller side.
Leeches can have eyelashes, but it'd be a stylistic choice!
Teeth/Jaw
Teeth can be any color! All leech teeth change color when feeding.
Neck
Neck traits are optional.
Tail
Hoodie
Mutations
Leech monster bodies have a natural drive to mutate and adapt to the environment their egg was laid in. While leeches thrive in moist, warm environments... extremely cold or extremely dry environments face a real challenge for them!
Inorganic body traits can't be mixed under normal circumstances.
Saltwater traits
traits that are exclusive to the saltwater class
Feelers
Feelers are additional traits available to all myo!
Feelers are fleshy growths that manifest on a leeches body! They are used to feel the environment, for camouflage or to mimic other animals.
Feelers can be longer than illustrated, but their width can only be as illustrated on this sheet.
Feeler clusters grow in pairs of threes or less, and can be anywhere on the body.
Drape feelers can mimic fur, but they are obviously stylized. (fur is a myth trait!)
Feelers can be mixed and matched! (ex: drape + tentacles)
Feelers should be drawn to look simple and not overly detailed, they're just flabs of skin.
